The Answers You Need
My bunny has a special diet. Can his/her needs be accommodated?
Yes, we do require the owner to tell us what kind of diet is required. As per our standard service we provide fresh veges (Breakfast and dinner) mixed with the preferred pellets (these should be provided by the owner).
What do you supply for boarding?
We encourage owners to bring their favorite toys, blankets etc... We want to make sure all bunnies feel like they are at home. So bringing their own stuff will be a great idea.
How can I check on my bunny during their stay?
As part of our service we include Facebook and Instagram updates. These can be in the form of photos or videos.
Does my bunny need to be vaccinated?
Yes, you MUST have your vaccination certificates from your preferred vet. the vaccine required is Filavac. With at least two weeks prior to boarding.
Does my bunny need to be neutered?
No, we do not require your bunny to be neutered. However, this procedure is recommended to prevent future illness.
Do you offer transportation?
Yes, we offer the service of pick up and drop off. Fees are depending on distance. We also offer a meet half way if required.
Can you give medicine to my bunny in case he/she is sick?
Yes, we will accommodate you bunny needs. We will require the owner to give us all the information needed to do so.
